VAL RAMOS Performing with SNEAP Flamenco Guitar Apprentice LEO MELENDEZ
June 22, 2025 7:00-8:00 p.m., Best Video Film & Cultural Center, 1842 Whitney Avenue, Hamden CT is proud to present a special program of Flamenco guitar and dance with Flamenco guitarist Léo Meléndez. Meléndez will be joined by international Flamenco guitarist Val Ramos and Flamenco dancer Yohanna Escamilla. The concert is the professional debut performance of young guitarist Léo Meléndez (an advanced student of Val Ramos) who is a part of the Southern New England Apprenticeship Program. This concert is made possible thanks to a grant from the CT Museum of Culture & History, which supports the Southern New England Apprenticeship Program, engaging master teaching artists with young and up-and-coming artists of all artistic genres.
